Watermelon sorbet with cava

Ingredients (4 people):- 700 gr of watermelon
- 2 dl of orange juice
- 200 gr of sugar
- 1 dl of cava
- Mint leaves


  1. Cut the watermelon in half. Remove the pulp and remove the seeds. Put it in a large bowl and mash with the blender.
  2. Squeeze the orange juice and add the watermelon puree with the sugar. Crush again and pass it through the Chinese to remove the strands of the fruits. Pour into a bowl and reserve in the freezer for at least two hours.
  3. Remove from the cogelador and break the crystals with a fork. Mix with the cava. Put it in the freezer another two hours. Take it out and break the crystals again. Pour into cold glasses and decorate with mint leaves. Health!
