Biscuit:
- 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
- 3/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Strawberry puree:

- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Base:
- 1 and 1/2 cups (150 g) crushed biscuit (Graham type)

- 1/3 cup (67 g) granulated sugar
Filling:
- 675 g of whole cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (240 g) of high-fat sour cream (or yogurt), at room temperature

- 1 and ½ cups of sifted icing sugar
- 1 cup sifted pastry flour
- 1 and ½ cups of egg whites (10 to 12), at room temperature

- 3 and ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
Cream:
- 8 tablespoons of butter, at room temperature
- 120 ml of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 lemon zest
- 3 or 4 cups of icing sugar
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of thick or medium cream, and a little more if necessary
