The existing building occupied an area of 138 square meters, 19 of which correspond to a porch. By regulation, this area could not be extended, so the project should be based on an exact alteration of the existing building.

The rectangular perimeter went from a simple distribution to a flexible one, structured in three longitudinal stripes, and in three transversal ones.
"one of those projects that surprise by the master distribution of the new spaces"
This order of the spaces is achieved by placing the bathrooms and kitchen furniture as central and exempt pieces, thus delimiting the rest of the areas.

Longitudinally, the three stripes correspond to a first day area in contact with the porch (which is in turn the main entrance of light of the house) containing living room, dining room and kitchen, an intermediate with bathrooms and two bedrooms, and a final with the bedroom of marriage, bathroom and office.

The spaces dialogue with each other marked by an indoor unit, a kind materiality, and a careful work with natural and artificial light.
It also highlights the search for simplicity, using a minimum number of materials needed to conceive a practically bichromatic house, between an intense white and the brown tone of the wood and the pavement.

The other two transverse strips corresponding to the bedrooms, have a sawtooth cover that optimize the entry of light and the air conditioning of the rooms.

It doesn't come close to me at all.
Laughing is not a sin, but admitting it while reading such information at least surprised me! :))

I'm sorry, but I think you are making a mistake. I can defend my position. Email me at PM.
